Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital products (wallpaper packs) on the G&T STUDIO site, published by G&T Studio.

Products and prices

The products are digital files delivered by download. Prices are shown in euros. Applicable VAT is calculated at payment time based on the buyer's country.

Payment

Payment is made online through Stripe. The order becomes firm as soon as payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Download links are emailed immediately after payment and shown on the confirmation page. They expire after the period stated in the email.

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase with the consumer's express agreement. By proceeding to payment, you consent to the immediate supply of the content and waive your right of withdrawal.

Licence of use

The wallpapers are for strictly personal use, on the buyer's own devices. Reselling, sharing or redistributing them is prohibited.

Disputes

In the event of a complaint or dispute, the customer is invited to contact G&T STUDIO first at contact@gtstudio.store in order to seek an amicable solution.
